Clients are responsible for the accuracy of product and order data, the legality and safety of goods sent to us, and providing inventory in a condition fit for storage and shipment.
Charges, payment terms and any rate changes are set out in your services agreement. Quotes are estimates until confirmed in that agreement.
Our liability is limited as set out in the services agreement, including in respect of loss or damage to goods, which is subject to defined cover and exclusions.
