What we collect

Information you provide (such as your name, email, company and quote details), data we receive to fulfil orders on behalf of client brands (such as recipient names and addresses), and standard technical data such as IP address and analytics.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries and provide quotes, to operate fulfilment and shipping, to meet legal and customs obligations, and to improve our service. We do not sell personal data.

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as law requires, and share it only with carriers, customs authorities and service providers necessary to deliver the service, under appropriate agreements.

Terms of Service

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of product and order data, the legality and safety of goods sent to us, and providing inventory in a condition fit for storage and shipment.

Pricing & payment

Charges, payment terms and any rate changes are set out in your services agreement. Quotes are estimates until confirmed in that agreement.

Liability

Our liability is limited as set out in the services agreement, including in respect of loss or damage to goods, which is subject to defined cover and exclusions.

Term & termination

Services operate on a rolling monthly basis unless agreed otherwise, with termination rights set out in the services agreement.
